We use exclusively legally sourced roundwood, which undergoes a full processing cycle at our own facility: debarking, shredding, drying, and pelletizing.

Roundwood debarking

Raw material preparation is an important technological stage that precedes further processing.

Debarking the selected wood ensures:
✔️ Reduced ash content of the raw material
✔️ Increased material purity
✔️ Stable characteristics for subsequent processes
✔️ Improved quality of the finished product

Removing the bark is a necessary condition for efficient processing and predictable quality at the next stages of production.

Chipping of debarked wood

Shredding of debarked wood is a key stage in raw material preparation.

In drum chippers, the wood is processed into chips with a particle size of 20–30 mm, which ensures:
✔️ Optimal conditions for further drying
✔️ Efficient secondary size reduction
✔️ Uniform material structure
✔️ Stability of technological parameters

If necessary, the shredding process is repeated to achieve the required raw material specifications.

 Drying and Fine Milling

After drying, the raw material undergoes secondary grinding to a particle size of no more than 4 mm in a hammer mill.

This stage ensures:
✔️ Compliance with pelletizing requirements
✔️ Uniform particle size distribution
✔️ Stable bulk density
✔️ An automated and continuous process

The hammer mill makes it possible to achieve the required fineness of grinding without compromising the quality of the raw material.

Pellet Production (Pelletizing)

The prepared raw material is evenly fed into the pellet press, where it is formed into pellets with a diameter of 6 or 8 mm under high pressure.

The pelletizing process includes:
✔️ Control of feed rate and moisture content
✔️ Pellet formation in the die
✔️ Cutting the pellets to the specified length
✔️ Operation under optimal temperature conditions

As a result, the raw material is converted into dense, uniform wood pellets.

Cooling, Screening and Packaging

The formed pellets are fed into a cooling column, where they are stabilized by an airflow.

At this stage, the following takes place:
✔️ Reduction of pellet temperature
✔️ Normalization of moisture content
✔️ Increase in mechanical strength
✔️ Removal of fine particles

The cooled and cleaned pellets are ready for packaging and transportation.

🌿 Final stabilization means the product is ready for the market.
